At Amada Diamonds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Amada Diamonds packaging, ensuring all certificates and security tags are included and intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
